Here are a few of the most typically asked questions

Yes I am recognized by all major insurers including BUPA, AXA and Aviva. I can usually settle your claim directly with your insurers although you may be liable for any excess payment on your policy that isn’t covered by your insurance company.
Yes you are more than welcome to be accompanied during treatment.
It’s best to wear loose clothing that can be moved easily or for a lower limb problem shorts are probably best.
I am not geared up for card payment but you can pay with cash, cheque or I can provide you with my bank details if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.

If treatment isn’t appropriate then I am happy to refer you on to an appropriate specialist or to your GP for any appropriate investigations/treatments. I maintain extremely good relationships with local consultants/specialists and am always happy to work with them.

Yes there is plenty of free parking on the road outside the clinic on Green End Road.
